• Architectural services project manager on K-12 and Commercial design and construction projects.• Manage project teams across all disciplines throughout all project phases with a primary focus on schedule constraints, project profitability and limiting risk.• Manage individual projects valued in excess of $90 million with design service fees in excess of $6.5 million.• Manage a project portfolio with a total value in excess of $230 million with design service fees in excess of $15 million.• Develop and refine project schedules firm wide resulting in increased staff utilization rates. • Prepare and coordinate construction specifications.• Perform contract administration duties.
