Working as a consultant has offered me the wonderful opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with a variety of team members, and has given me the ability to continually develop and improve my professional skills. Working with so many incredible people has provided a visibility into various end to end processes that I would otherwise be unable to attain, and as a result I am able to quickly identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction strategies. While obtaining my degree in Construction Project Management, I found myself focusing more on the business and finance side of project management, culminating in developing business plans for several extracurricular projects. After working as an Assistant Project Manager at CSU, I was offered the opportunity to work as a consultant with FA Integrations that would allow me to further develop my passion for improving productivity. Efficiency and process improvement have since become focus, and have led me to learn a variety of applications and development practices in an effort to provide more value to whatever I am working on. Never one to shy away from challenges, I went back to school for my Masters to focus on internal controls and audit, where my exposure to data analytics and Big Data have reinforced the importance of web-based applications, database design, and cloud engineering to further enhance any technology innovations I am working on.
