Visual Storytelling + Data Analytics: Integrated Webtrends with team SharePoint, built bi-weekly data reports on usage, click rates, view rates, and engagement; standardized reporting across the team. Co-managed project scheduling, risk mitigation, stakeholder expectations, and the annual design budget dedicated to internal communication project deliverables. Reviewed, copy-edited, and posted content on SharePoint for internal consumption; corporate announcements, general news, executive presentations, oversaw the creation + curation of photos and video. Built SharePoint content pages for global bi-weekly newsletters, spotlighting achievements, and accomplishments of Microsoft corporate employees.

I consolidated individual project tracking documents from multiple teams in the content department, into a single Excel-based project tracking system that maintains over 700 individual projects moving through the production pipeline. From this, I built data analytic dashboards to monitor pipeline health, production forecasting, individual KPIs, project ROIs, content breakdowns to see discipline roadmap and set project priority. I worked to increase communication across teams and departments. I regularly collaborated with the VP of Operations on data tracking initiatives, and to create strategic models of department efficiency. One of these models resulted in an increase in production output to 145%, a decrease in errors by over 40%, and reduced our project backlog by 75% in under a year. Additionally, I worked closely with the Chief Content Officer on content strategy for large impact project roadmaps, including new offerings that incorporated interactive sections to a primary video lecture based platform, which required working closely with the product, dev, and QA teams to redesign our course player. The goal is to increase knowledge retention, and test knowledge obtained, in situational games. I assist in weekly project-scheduling for a team of 27; including videographers, editors, graphic designers, animators, and 3D modelers. I also manage the entire post-production process for over 20 multi-hour courses and live webinars simultaneously.

I began my employment at Bank of America overseeing individual branch integration of a new internal computer system, provided support and training to branch employees throughout the Seattle market during the rollover, and provided customer support as needed. After the market was fully converted, I transitioned to a merchant teller, where I maintained a high transaction accuracy rate, oversaw regular ATM balancing, became a signer on high-value transactions. I assisted branch managers through an internal audit, provided high-performance coaching, day to day operation policy adherence, and oversaw daily record logs as an interim teller operations supervisor.
