I am a UKCP, EAP, and WCP registered psychotherapist and child psychotherapist, with over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in various organisations that address the impacts of trauma, abuse, and neglect on children, young people, and adults.I am a fellow and faculty member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) and a faculty member of the Arizona Trauma Institute, where I share my knowledge and expertise in trauma-informed care, dissociation, and attachment disorders. I have developed a unique multi-component and systemic approach called Attachment and Trauma Informed Care (ATIC), which I have implemented and evaluated in various settings, including residential care, education, health, and social care. I am passionate about driving innovation, improving outcomes, and helping organisations grow and develop.
