Crystal Suazo, CPA, is a partner at Reagan Madison Inc, where she is part of the core management team that oversees the organization’s day-to-day business operations in addition to playing an integral role in business development and strategic planning for the firm.crystal@reaganmadison.com 743-337-4362 reaganmadison.com Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) with a major in accounting and minor in trust management from Campbell University. She began her career working in the manufacturing industry focusing on cost accounting and inventory control. She joined public accounting in 1999 and worked for a local firm handling tax, trust and estate compliance, and business development. In 2005 he career took an exciting turn and she now focuses on consulting and staffing in the Accounting/Finance arena as well as Pharma/Life Science space. Active in the local community, Crystal’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) where she has served as a cabinet member and social chair for the Young CPA Cabinet. She was also involved in the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s EDGE4 campaign and sat on the Chambers Member Services Board as well as the Board of Directors. Crystal is graduate of the Leadership Raleigh Class 27, was the class Chair for Leadership Raleigh Class 28, and served on the Leadership Raleigh Board. She was President of the Triangle chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA) and received their Excellence in Accounting and Finance Award in 2012.A former Board Member and Executive Committee member for Triangle Family Services, she previously served as co-chair for the organization’s Annual Gingerbread Benefit and Wake Up with TFS breakfast. Crystal was recognized as one of the Triangle’s top 25 businesswomen with Triangle Business Journal’s prestigious Women in Business Award for her exemplary leadership skills in the mentoring category as well as receiving a 40 under 40 award in 2012. In 2022 she was honored by StepUp Ministries with their Outstanding Community Support Award. She currently serves on the StepUp Ministries Board, Executive Committee, and volunteers on the Finance Committee. Most recently she co-founded the Western Carolina Emergency Network which coordinates and provides relief efforts to families impacted by the hurricane and flooding in NC.
