As Co-Founder of an insurance solutions provider (Blue Cod Technologies), I grew the company from the ground up to $25M revenue with 200+ employees. • I believe I have strong technical and business qualifications with 25+ years of hands-on experience in strategic development, corporate planning, enterprise software development, systems design, and implementation. I have architected and developed over 100+ applications ranging from my first program written in DOS to leading a multimillion-dollar enterprise solution.• A proven ability to successfully analyze a corporation's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities and deliver cost-effective innovative services for enhancing competitiveness, increased revenues, and improved customer service offerings and customer satisfaction. • I have been blessed with the experience of starting three companies.
