Co-development and project management of upmarket retail/restaurant business from beginning to delivery on time and on budget. Sourcing and procurement experience of key materials, fixtures, fittings, furniture and services. Advise on space planning and design for front and back of house, including, private dining, brasserie, tapas bar, drinks bar, deli and coffee shop. Implementation of all processes, operations, health & safety and recruitment.Organisation of events, parties, exhibitions, trade fairs and annual food markets. Extensive knowledge of European food market and experience meeting with suppliers, producers and visiting exhibitions across the globe - Europe, India, USA, South America and Africa.
