Richard Dijkstra has been working in the world of action-based business training for years. He studied International Marketing and Management in Groningen, and worked abroad for a number of years.His interest in the psyche of man has increased over the years. He has followed courses in the field of Enneagram, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Psycho physical training (Richard is Rock and Water trainer), Integral learning and Transpersonal therapy. Transpersonal Therapy works with methods from bio-energetics, Gestalt therapy, psychosynthesis and Jungian depth psychology.Richard has been practicing the martial art Aikido since 1998 and uses this art in his work as a powerful metaphor. His core qualities are; making contact, listening carefully, observing closely and distinguishing main issues from side issues.
