As part of my role as a consultant, I am an active participant in both strategy and implementation projects. Roles include:- Business process design- Assessing, designing and building complex business solution to improve performance and resolve known business issues- Business side integrator and PMO in large scale transformation projects Other role responsibilities include:- Establishing relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. - Monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. - Analyzing data to validate problem statements, understand current performance and testhypotheses.- Facilitating workshops to identify root causes and solutions- Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.

As a Sales Operations Admin, I am responsible for day-to-day processes within Sales Operations along with playing an integral part of optimizing our CRM system with heavy emphasis on data integrity. This position, in our Sales Operations group, works closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to serve as a point of contact in developing and optimizing our current Sales processes.
