My name is René Meulman and I live in Haarlem, I am married with Martine and proud father of Lucas and Merle. I have studied Economics and Logistics and have been working in the IT business since 1997.Over the past 15 years I have gained experience in various IT Management positions at VIVAT and LexisNexis. As a broadening of my IT Management roles, I have had 1.5 years of focus as Manager of Operations. In this role I was responsible for Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Production Services, Finance, Facilities and HR. Since the beginning of 2021, I combined both roles. During my career, I have had the opportunity to guide several reorganizations from different perspectives. There were always two main areas, risk management from a business continuity perspective and guiding and empower the employees during these uncertain periods. Besides my work as a manager, I am also a mentor for the UAF. I advise and coach high skilled refugee students and professionals on their path to long-term employability on the Dutch labor market.I am a positive and driven people manager and I have the inner drive to bring out the best in people.
