The program was so successful that Mike expanded his personal involvement to support an entire region. He also began fielding requests to join the program from outside product development. Mike shared experiences from his sales district with the organization by inviting clinicians to all-employee meetings allowing everyone in the organization to hear about challenges first hand. Mike’s involvement with this program went above and beyond his responsibilities as a functional leader within product development.
