Report to IT Heads in Mexico and France.- Experience in offering, selling and post-sales services, solutions and IT products. Management of IT service contracts. Good partnerships and relationships with area, client and company. - Relationship with the company's departments, being the interface person between the customer and IT to filter and understand the demands and projects.- Communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing good relationships with internal and external clients.- Experience in Technology and Services: Infrastructure as a Service, Systems, Software, Teamleader, Datacenter, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Servers (Windows and Linux); Security Policy, Database (SQL, Oracle); Firewall and Connectivity; Storage and Backup; Monitoring (NOC); Mail: Notes and Exchange; ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Datasul); CRM: Dynamics / Siebel; Web (E-commerce). - Management of technology teams and third parties focused on the excellence of Customer Service, Solutions Delivery and compliance with agreed deadlines (SLA's).- Control processes and SLAs to execute the service within the agreed levels.- Best practices of the Guides (ITIL, Cobit and Security), SLA's, Indicators, Documentation, Reports, PDCA, 5W2H.
