- Ensure that Daily operation duties are condoned smooth and safe according to company regulations;- Supporting and reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor on duty in regards to any irregularity on the daily operation and assisting to solving matters such as slot mismatches, denied handling requests;- Keeping and informing all involved parties about any schedule change and movements of the aircraft;- Making sure crew duty falls under OM-A Rules of each AOC, as well as performing seamless crew changes that do not breach any operation and stops it from going forward.

- Supporting and reporting directly to the the Head of Crew Control in maintaining the scheduling policy and processes as described in the Company Guidelines and in translating this policy and processes into rosters for flight and cabin crew members;- Coordination of the day-to-day planning of all flight and cabin crew members, including operational and commercial training duties;- Coordinating with Flight Operations and Crew Training departments to insure the system is up to date with the latest credentials and qualifications needed to operate into specific airports;- Coaching the team on a frequent basis in order to increase operational excellence in their ways of working. while ensuring that the legal regulations of each served client AOC;- Informing the Head of Department about trends and difficulties experienced in the day-to-day scheduling on a proactive basis and make recommendations to improve the policies and procedures.

Any discrepancies should be reported to the Lead Captain or Head of Crew Control;- Servicing clients in Business Aviation means extra attention is needed when it comes to unforeseen circumstances as it may affect passengers, who usually are important business people;- Proactively give feedback of daily operation to the Deputy and Head of Crew Control to ensure we update guidelines or learn from any mishaps;- Arrangin travel and HOTAC for crew members proactively and with enough time in advance to ensure smooth crew changes according to the recieved rosters coordinated with the Lead Captains of aircraft.
