I'm a self-motivated learner and designer/marketer who enjoys discovering how to increase a company's appeal to prospective customers, whether through the written word or visually appealing graphic design. Over the past six years at eCampusUSA™, I have worked with a team to craft a variety of marketing materials, including:• Instructional training documents/videos for customers on how to use web applications• Marketing videos (audio/video recording, editing, and publishing to platforms such as YouTube)• Physical media such as trade show displays, rack cards, and business cardsI also love being able to interact with prospective customers at in-person events such as trade shows and conferences, where I can connect on a more personal level, learn about their frustrations, and show them how our company can help make their lives easier. Part of this process is writing, which is one of my passions and a critical part of what I do in my work, both in a professional and creative sense. I studied with the Jerry B. Jenkins Christian Writers Guild under the guidance of experienced mentors in the publishing world, gaining practical knowledge on how to communicate with the written word. Although my focus was fiction, the ability to engage readers was at the heart of my education. Whether I was learning to self-edit or structure a story, communication was key, making what I learned while with the Guild invaluable, personally and professionally. I cherish the time I spent there, as well as the wisdom imparted by my mentors.As I continue along my career path, I intend to continue growing, learning, and developing skills that enhance my ability to identify, understand, and meet customer needs.
