· Oversaw and implemented the State of Florida’s Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program on behalf of the Jacksonville Bar Association.· Researched established precedent related to standards of practice in mediation.· Drafted memoranda outlining conflicting opinions and the prevailing rule of law.· Completed intake and facilitated education for Florida residents requiring foreclosure mediation.
