Expanded SaaS offerings with launch of FISMA compliant datacenter and US citizen managed service offering for US Public Sector, in partnership with Dell; and launched EMEA local offering, in partnership with Cap Gemini.• Drove strategy, diligence & integration of 4 major acquisitions including Aeroprise, Numara, Abydos & MyeService.• Delivered transformative release of Remedy8, the industry's first full-featured ITSM application suite with full mobile, social and graphical capabilities.
