Proven Information Security leader with 20+ years experience in information technology, 15+ years in information security as an enterprise defender and leader.I have been in the thick of it with our customers whether it's running down malicious actors via an investigation, creating detection's and use cases to building and managing a security focused team that is built to last and provide value. I have designed and implemented a wide range of security solutions for small businesses and large enterprises from SIEM, EDR/MDR and Vulnerability Management across a wide array of infrastructures.I have a thirst for knowledge that led me to look for ways I could learn about security on my budget at the time and that led to co-founding Security B-Sides Detroit in 2011. That led to the #misec (Michigan Security Group) being created and in 2014 a few of us started Converge conference as a precursor to Security B-Sides Detroit.
