As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager I own the customer engagement management process and am the single account leadership point person for all strategic and business related matters with our top revenue Rimini Street clients (managing Fortune 500, Fortune Global 100 and Fortune Global 500). Responsibilities include:* Building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-level execs both internally and externally.* Assessing new business opportunities with existing customers in an effort to sell new services including, but not limited to, consulting and sales opportunities. * Analyzing business requirements, forecasting, project execution, reporting and strategic planning initiatives to drive the desired results and deliver high-value and overall satisfaction to the customer. * Providing recommendations, solutions and/or best practices to enable applications to run independently of the supporting technology (including assisting in providing solutions to allow applications to co-exist with new browsers, desktop applications and middleware).* Key point of contact and trusted advisor for all applications for our clients (including Oracle eBusiness Suite, PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards, Siebel and SAP). * Point of escalation for both the customer and the RSI team members in matters that relate to service delivery; contract interpretation; proposals; billings; etc. * Managing cross-functional teams with on-boarding, upgrades, special projects and tax and regulatory updates (ranging from 10 to 30 people).

During my time at ASG my roles have included Senior Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager and Software Development Coordinator.My most recent roles as a Senior Project Manager have included several SAP Best Practice for Mining implementations for clients such as Atlas Iron, Buru Energy, Sakari Resources and KOGAS. I have also undertaken Senior Project Management roles on behalf of ASG's clients such as Transfield Services and Clough, in these roles I have managed projects including ERP systems, bespoke applications and infrastructure, and service transition. I have also assisted the Business Development Team in acting as the bid manager for a number of SAP and Infrastructure project tenders.My previous role was as the Software Development Co-ordinator at the Health Department of Western Australia, this role involved managing multiple concurrent development projects, utilising Agile development methodologies, with a predominantly Microsoft development environment.Full details of my experience in the roles above can be found in the project details below.

During my time at Unisys I acted as a Project Manager and also as the Judicial Systems Team Leader. In this position I was also involved in a number of technology steering committees, including the Supreme Court IT Steering committee, and the District Court IT Steering Committee. In this role I gained a thorough understanding of the courts system, and was responsible for the delivery of WA's world leading Electronic Trail Book system.Further details of work undertaken can be found in the projects section below.

I was the Principal Consultant responsible for Business Development, Project Management, Service Delivery and Applications Development.My experience included applications development, web development, and server administration.

My roles was to manage the applications development and support team responsible for bespoke applications development in support of the back office systems group. Applications that I managed the development of included:- CRM systems- Group Marketing Database- Compliance Database

Development ans support of Lotus Notes applications including CRM and Recruitment systems.

Development of systems including the Argyle Health and Safety database, Diamond Shipment Tracking System and HR Reporting Systems.
