In order to ensure my level of expectations are repeatable, I also opened my own National Notary Training Company, NotaryStars.com where I (and my wonderful team) train Notaries how to do Loan Signings properly from start to finish LIVE. I believe in customer service so passionately because I know that it is the pillar of my success in this industry. This means while teaching our Notaries how to conduct signings we are also teaching them to care, think like the client, and manage up so they also become a reliable part of each client's closing process. What has made Unlimited Ink Notary sustainable and scaleable is understanding the gap between Lenders, Title Agencies/Attorneys, and Notary Signing Agents and using that to create a bridge for effective communication and delivery.
