Mike is a digital media and marketing pioneer, with more than 25 years of experience founding and building category leading companies. He currently serves as the CEO of peer-to-peer marketing platform Ripple Street, where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and scales growth with leading consumer brands across various verticals.Prior to Ripple Street, Mike served as CEO of martech company Simple Machine (acquired by PepsiCo) and served as CEO at Operative Media (acquired by Sintec Media for nearly $200M), an enterprise SaaS company for digital media companies. Under his leadership, Mike expanded the company’s international footprint to Europe, South America, and Australia, while driving a 3X rise in gross margin growth and a CAGR at 35%. Mike also co-founded Avenue A, which was bought by Microsoft for $6.2 billion; Microsoft’s fourth largest acquisition to date behind Linkedin, Skype, and Nokia’s mobile unit). Mike conceptualized and steered the online media buying company from start-up to success, growing its annual revenue to $140 million in four years.Mike serves as an adviser, investor and board member to several early stage startups in the advertising and marketing technology space and lives in Westchester, New York.
