- Start up of Walmart.com Digital Services business unit;- Responsible for business plan, portfolio definition and relationship with more than 20 partners (from prospection to contract assignment and integration);- Led the set up of the most complete digital services portfolio in Brazil (more than 100 distinct digital services), which included (not limited to): • product assembly and installation • insurances and assistences • software and games downloads • digital phooto printing • pre paid phone credits • automotive services • online courses- Conceived and coordinated the implementation of services IT requirements (e.g.: services management plataform, website cross sales channels, services integraion, …) across multiple teams (e.g.: IT, user experience, post sales team and business partners)- Management of services catalogue, pricing, promotions and campaigns- Design and implementation of operational processes, as for example: • digital services integration • digital services catalogation • online voucher delivery • post sales

- New businesses development and implementtion, from business plan to project management;- Leadership of Walmart.com strategic plan for product categories development, with focus on: • Qualified assortment increase • Marketing strategy defitition (pricing and assortment positioning) • Product margin increase • Consumer shopping experience improvements (website navegation and product delivery time);- Reestructuring of Sales Organizational Model: • Roles and responsabilities definition • Key business processes design • Change management strategy and implementation;- Start up of Walmart.com Digital Services business unit.

- Implementation of Walmart.com sales planning business unit, including: • Business plan • Team building • Management & operational process design and implementation;- Leadership of strategic projects implementation: • Automatic pricing tool • Stock quality improvement.

- Leadership of the main system implementation project of a TOP 3 Fashion Retailer company (multinational), managing and interacting with direct and indirect teams;- Responsible for the key business processes design and implementation, as for example: • assortment planning • pricing • purchasing • logistics / DC operations;- Project report and management (PMO)
