Highlights of Rebecca’s career include GM at a tele-health startup where she launched and scaled an online dermatology clinic, head of Brand at Bliss where she led the relaunch of its heritage skincare brand prompting the turnaround of the business, and CMO of a furniture start-up challenging consumers to think and act differently when furnishing their apartments. As a global innovator at Dove, she developed and globally deployed a new skincare line in concert with a cohort of dermatologists, enabling the business to gain novel market share in the prestige category. Additionally, Rebecca has been fortunate enough to bring to market a number of award-winning marketing campaigns, some which still hold records for levels of engagement today. She began her career in banking. Today, Rebecca invests in and consults for consumer products and beauty businesses.Rebecca holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
