Chief Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer, RetiredAdp Mar 2013 - Sep 2019Roseland, New Jersey, UsIn this role, I provided strategic governance as a C-level executive leading critical, high-priority enterprise-wide initiatives, which contributed to market growth and scale from $9.44B to $14.59B in revenue (2013-2019). Notably, I established and led ADP’s global DEIB, CSR, and ESG strategies, enterprise-wide, working closely with the Executive Committee and the ADP Board of Directors, providing regular updates on strategies and results. Together we launched the first ADP CSR Report. We were also recognized as a Top Company for Executive Women, for the Disabled, LGBTQ Equality and by Black Enterprise and Working Mother.Additionally, working with the Board and Executive Committee, I developed ADP’s ESG/sustainability strategy. We achieved top-quartile ESG performance (from bottom quartile) as rated by ISS, MSCI, and Sustainalytics. I partnered with corporate Procurement and Supply Chain to reduce carbon footprint by 10% and introduced >80 electric car charging stations at major company locations worldwide. We delivered significant progress on ESG data collection/management, (Energy/greenhouse gas reduction, waste, Green initiatives). -
