I directly manage 3-5 associates at a time and oversee 3-4 projects while driving new business development and supporting Nairobi office initiatives. -Managed the development of an M&E framework and data system for Kidogo (social enterprise in Kenya), including a decision-focused dashboard -Collaborated with the County Government of Meru to generate evidence via phone surveys on their Community Health Volunteer (CHV) program and create recommendations for program strengthening. I worked as a qualitative researcher for a Global Health Institute project about the impacts of religion on HIV services for members of key populations (MSM, CSW, PWID) in Kenya. I prepared the IRB protocol, the interview guides and consent process. I led in-depth interviews with over 15 key informants and led focus group discussions with members of key populations while leading a small team of other students.

As a Boojum intern I worked hands-on with Boojum's custom outdoor experiential programs in Joshua Tree, Yosemite, Idyllwild, Santa Cruz, the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon.
