Software architect on litigation support system developed for the US Department of Justice (DOJ). Primarily responsible for the design of a scalable document processing workflow and software security. Workflow was implemented using a combination of messaging (Apache Kafka) and analytic tasks (Apache Spark) using mediation (Apache Camel). Security included Single-Sign-On (SSO) integration with DOJ SAML Identity Provider (ADFS) and a bridge to OAuth protected REST web services. Development was done on Hortonworks Hadoop Platform (HDP).Created Text Analytics Services product which provides advanced name parsing, matching and entity extraction from text documents. Product is deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform packaged as microservices running on Spring Boot.Frequent contributor to Apache Knox security API gateway proxy server.Design and implementation of Android mobile application used for task tracking in restaurants.
