Online Gambling SolutionsAs Head of Operations I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the delivery and development of clients’ products and services of Mediatech an IT company with vertical consulting and software solutions for the Online Gambling and Gaming markets (both on-premises and cloud - SaaS/PaaS). Driving continued definition and transformation of these critical capabilities. Additionally, I have taken charge of a set of products and service delivery teams (IT, DBA, DCIM, Support, PPM and Client Partners) and had overall management of around twenty people (six of them team leaders). As part of the BoD and management team I was also tasked to achieve improvements in quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction while in turn improving financial contribution, including consulting, sales and business development activities.
