Key concepts included utility maximization, benefit-cost analysis (BCA), cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and the treatment of risk and uncertainty. Students were also introduced to behavioral concepts related to decision theory including common cognitive biases and limited rationality. Provided twice-weekly lectures to a cohort of >70 masters students, managed two TAs, and held office hours to advise on course materials and group projects.
