During my tenure, we facilitated the company’s listing on NASDAQ (January 2009) and were successful in achieving research sponsorship from ten sell-side firms including Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, Cowen & Co., Thomas Weisel, JMP Securities and Think Panmure. The firm achieved significant brand recognition with frequent mention in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Fox Business, CNBC, trade magazines, feature articles in Fortune and Forbes and was successful in its loan application to the Department of Energy under the Energy Independence Act, resulting in award of $118.5 million referenced by President Obama in a televised address in 2009.
