I have many years of experience in the fields of Telecommunication industry, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) & e-learning.Currently, I work in the field of e-learning industry in almentor.netI'm thrilled to help people gain knowledge, acquire new skill or develop a current one whether on almentor.net platform or on other LMSs such as Docebo Learn, Learning Curve & The Digital School.Projects are definitely where I enjoy working. Being part of a project finding solution to achieve goals & satisfy clients' needs is fun. learning about new LMSs & tools to get the job done is a motivation. in some LMSs you even have to learn their own language to be able to communicate well & that's a challenge!Of course, my previous experiences have helped me a lot in the way I think & understand the business.My first step was with Vodafone Egypt where I had the opportunity to play different roles in different teams which allows me to interact with many stakeholders, customer segments as well as get the chance to learn from some of the exceptional staff members & also, by joining customer care academy. Some of the teams that I've joined in Vodafone are customer care as a front-liner, part of complaints team & part of the SME team (service matter expert) with new commers.After Vodafone Egypt, I joined Majorel Egypt as a part of the off-shore & near-shore training team. Having many years of experience in the same field has certainly benefitted me as a trainer. After a while I became a senior trainer in the same team. later, I've combined the knowledge I've gained being in the field with the academic knowledge by being TTT (Train The Trainer) certified by (SETC).I had the opportunity to work with many clients such as KFG (Kout Food Group), SIVVI UAE (online shopping website), Wego (booking flight tickets & hotels), BEAM Schools, Mantrac Group (Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana & other African countries).Later on I've joined Telemedia as a senior trainer & quality specialist. being responsible for the on-boarding & soft skills training (customized according to the account that they join). after assessing them, I was the one who attend clients meeting, create training materials & knowledge bases, deliver training, updating knowledge bases & monitor some of the agents' calls & transactions.
