-Responsibility is to get new requirements up and running, typically execution and follow up of execution will happen (project follow up and monitoring are not included in the core responsibilities)-Manages the receipt, analysis, and assessment of new project requests-Coordinates the reception and analysis of new project requests and ensures necessary steps are taken to successfully run feasibility & cost studies, pilots, and resulting projects. -Drives planning and costing methodology and ensure necessary processes are defined and in place. -Ensures projects are assessed, kicked off and completed on time and within budget.-Ensures timely and complete delivery of project assessments and project execution.-Reviews and signs-off (team's) feasibility studies and project plans, ensuring plans are defined as SMART and cost efficient-Runs feasibility studies and pilots to confirm project feasibility, resource requirements, cost and timelines-Implements standardization of new and recurring projects, ensuring the approach can be replicated across countries-Ensures necessary tracking and reporting of all projects-Feasibility analysis; knowledge of the field, back office, technology and other NLSN processes to be able to interrogate data and other people, if needed, to draw conclusions, make formal recommendations to the local leadership teams.

-Recruit, train, manage and motivate sufficient supervisors to meet survey needs as per Nielsen Standards, training agenda and manuals-Ensure all staff working in Nielsen understands the Code of Conduct, Field Standards & Policies, including confidentiality & security requirements-Review projects budget to ensure that they are logical & sensible for the job specifications-Provide recommendations to CS/PD on complex methodologies, sample design or any issues related to the project-Liaise with the Field Supervisor in maintaining effective resource levels-Monitor the progress of each job assigned and recommend effective actions in case of any indication deviating the project from the original spec, budget or time-Identify critical success indicators for each project and ensure that the Field Supervisors are notified about the same-Design interviewer briefings and conduct them on the larger, more complex jobs In association with CS/ PD while assisting the Field Supervisor to conduct interviewer briefings for less complex jobs-Supervise the role of QEM and ensure to have all incidents closed and completed for all the country projects-Liaise with HR team for the team training courses & attend focus groups to have efficient HR policies & procedures-Entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading all the executive roles and responsibilities
