Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Central/Northern California branch with the region spanning from Bakersfield, CA to Redding, CA. Tasked with staffing, reviewing and promoting employees for the office. In charge of building the weekly install schedule to meet kW goals while also assisting in the coordination of Site Audits, Permitting, and Inspections.

Worked with Crew Lead to count parts for install every morning. Once we arrived at jobsite I would draw up a safety plan for the day determining where the hard hat areas were going to be, as well as the placement of ladder for ease of access and safety. Assigned job duties for each installer with me on the roof, and laid out modules per plans; redesigning as needed while working with PV engineers on the phone. Responsible for the overall completion of work on the rooftop as well as the quality of install.

Lead crew of 3 installers tasked with installing 2 jobs per day. Would work with warehouse manager to keep truck inventoried to ensure we had enough material for each day. Responsible for communicating with homeowner and relaying any design or layout changes to get approval before commencing work. Delegated responsibilities and ensured quality install. Completing all required paperwork and submitting to proper department.

Managed and coordinated pick ups and drop offs for 15 drivers, ranging from 2 hour trips to multiple day trips. Directly communicated with Kroger distributors and receivers to determine rate for each load and appointment times. Also acted as dispatch when necessary for my fleet, answering calls and solving issues at all hours.
