I’ve been around the “show biz” block a few times.In fact, I have over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, working various roles in live event production, field and studio production, feature film productions, virtual events, and most recently a web series that was produced via Zoom. I also spent the majority of my years engineering video for live events in a V1 / EIC role, getting my hands on a lot of gear over the years from some of the more familiar manufacturers such as Christie, Barco, Dataton, Analog Way, Sound Design, Sony, Black Magic, and many more.I can engineer, run a camera, run records and playback, program a media server, and if you’re thinking of another skill — yes, I probably do that too. I have experience with Tandberg, Polycom, and Lifesize video conferencing systems, and Vmix as well. But what’s most important about me is the fact that I love fostering dogs. I volunteer with a local rescue and often foster dogs until they find their “fur”ever homes. Although it has nothing to do with events, it is another thing that I have a passion for.
