-Development of Jenkins pipelines using Groovy language to build and deploy applications to non-prod environments.-Production support SME for automated payment kiosks located at Sprint retail stores, on backend and frontends. Responsible for detecting new bugs on the system and report them to the vendor, system logs analysis, investigation of problems on the OS of the kiosks and monitoring.-Responsible for approving and follow requests for field technicians to fix hardware issues.-Development of automation tools located on Linux servers, mainly using shell script. Some work done: --Reduce the response time of the application API Monitor by writing from scratch a faster version --Created an easy to use tool to generate e-mail reports based on the databases. Relies on a standard template loaded from crontab that will feed the report engine who will query the database and send e-mails as needed. --Developed a very reusable bot able to read e-mails from a functional account and take actions based on its content.

Development of a critical legacy billing application running under OpenVMS and written in VAXBasic. Main tasks where to organize all source files in order to fully rebuild the system to be used on the Itanium platform.

Providing support for fourteen applications used in retail stores, including automated payment kiosks, advertising and clock-in/clock-out applications.

Worked teaching C and Delphi for small business systems and Linux focused on LAMP servers.
