Liaise with settlements, solicitors and Branch Managers on a regular basis. Advise clients on the processes involved and what stage they are up to and when settlement will likely occur. Adhere to and maintain all compliance and audit requirements with current Legislation, Westpac policies and industry Regulations to prevent exposure to unacceptable risk. Continuously strive for personal and professional improvement by working with other team members to ensure standards are met.
