This includes the following activities and accomplishments:- Consolidating and providing insights from data from divergent sources and restructuring a monthly report which our sales force, licensing team and solution architects use to see at a glance what cloud workloads customers are using , what services they have bought and where Softchoice has been named the customer's digital partner of record. This report helps target high propensity customers to drive more services and sales that align with customer business goals and strategies.- Develop, deliver and coach others to deliver customer content on how customers can get the most out of their Office 365 investment through IT & business alignment, adoption planning and a consolidated architecture. The last customer content included a presentation and self-assessment which was delivered in 8 cities and 4 online webinars. The sessions had a customer satisfaction score of 89% and produced leads in 67% of accounts in attendance.- Develop a new pre-sales customer offering to assess where a customer is in their business productivity improvement journey based on data gathered and provide guidance on deployment next steps that best align with their business goals.

This program allowed a select group of Microsoft partners to act as an extension of the Microsoft sales team in the capacity of sales and pre-sales support.
