As a member of the XD Studio, the central design group of Encora's South American branch, I am part of a team that provides consultancy not only to clients in Brazil but also to companies worldwide, with the aim of raising the standard in digital product design.- Designing solutions for companies across different sectors, such as technology, healthcare, science, and telecommunications;- Direct communication with foreign stakeholders (United States), establishing strong connections and ensuring that all interested parties are aligned with our objectives and directions.- Mapping out journeys and processes for digital products, whether for web or mobile. Through the development of personas, empathy maps, and service blueprints, I guide the development of user-centric products.- Continuous maintenance and improvement of clients' design systems to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience in all interactions;- Facilitating dynamics and workshops;- Active involvement in the development of junior designers within the XD Studio, helping them grow and stand out in their careers;- Internal organization of XD Studio files and processes, contributing to an efficient and collaborative work environment;- I am part of the XD Studio's internal celebration initiative, organizing social events and serving as a host for special occasions.
