I am a cartographer turned software engineer with almost a decade of industry experience in developing and delivering software solutions for public and private sector clients. My passion is to build software that empowers its users to solve challenging problems regarding our Earth. That is what led me to Danti, where I am building out our data pipeline and enabling data delivery to support our AI geospatial search engine. As an engineering manager at Premise, I built and led a fullstack team of junior to staff-level engineers on a cross-functional customer product team. We maintained legacy applications while building out a brand new customer platform to deliver data insights for commercial, international development, and global security interests. I provided mentorship on engineering best practices, postmortem culture, planning and prioritization, and software and architecture design to engineers on my team and Premise's broader engineering org.
