Motivated and eager to learn. I have always been hands on and work tirelessly to provide the very best performance as an employee. Since graduation I have held positions of Machine Designer, Process Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, and Operations Manager. It is these positions paired with my strong ambition to become the very best at what I do that has made me a well rounded Engineer and Leader. I have lead multi-million dollar projects for manufacturing lines that benchmark inflator manufacturing worldwide. From scope of work and capital invest through installation and start of production. Skills to highlight are; process flow, PFMEA, production line layout, analysis of machine operational availability, continuous process improvement, capital investment, equipment scope of work, and hands on equipment interface. Also to note, I am a graduate of Autoliv Production System University, a yearlong course with exams based on Lean Manufacturing and based on the Toyota Production System. Being open minded to continuous improvement, I have championed many projects that have allowed my team to achieve their goals. I love teamwork and focus on building individuals in the areas they lack to help them grow. I enjoy all aspects of manufacturing and am glad to have completed my university studies as a Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to Autoliv I had More than five years of work and supervisory experience in a custom woodworking business. I managed multiple projects from start to finish and ensued quality, customer satisfaction, and met deadlines.
