I'm a dedicated employee who finds passion in everything that I do. I offer over ten years of experience in the non-profit sector, specializing in membership sales and retenetion. As a Membership Experience Director at the Y, I have been able to make a positive impact in my community by advocating the Y's mission. I oversee the Membership, Kid Zone, and Family Programming departments at two locations. I lead a team of 50 part time employees, 3 full time staff, and 1 full time coordinator. As a leader I strive to give each employee the opportunity to grow and develop in a positive environment where achievements are celebrated and they are not afraid to fail. Some of my key responsibilities are hitting monthly sales and retention goals, meeting budget requirements, managing payroll, grassroots efforts in our community to increase traffic, marketing, family programming, relationship building, and supervising staff. My coworkers and team know me as a multi-tasker who enjoys problem solving. I am a hard worker who thrives when given a task list to complete. I stay organized in every aspect of my job, knowing that it is the key to my success. I pride myself on being professional with a little bit of fun thrown in.
