Temporary assigned as Area Manager to provide immediate performance upgrade to Ready Rice Department while still maintaining Reliability Manager Duties. Activities during this time include:- Average changeover reduction by 65%- Throughput increase from 208 to 300 tons per week without adding overtime- Increased TRS (OEE equivalent) of 30%- Increase associate engagement- Implementation of lean operating system
