Taught UU114, an introductory writing course for undergraduate students.

Wrote successful grant proposals to the United Nations Global Environment Facility Small Grant Programme, Cook Islands government, and UNESCO. Used funding to produce book-length publications highlighting traditional knowledge as the key to healthier, more sustainable living. Planned and curated content, recruited and managed a team of 30+ creative professionals, and oversaw production, print, and distribution. Lokal Magazine is now being taught in schools in the Cook Islands and New Zealand.
