The hardest part of an organization is managing its human resources as you deal with human emotions daily. Still, it is also the most rewarding as you get to understand people better.I am honored to serve as the Director of Sachiko Pre School and Teachers Training Institute, a distinguished institution based in Kandy with a remarkable legacy spanning 27 years. Our institute is dedicated to offering top-tier teacher training and exceptional daycare services, shaping the future of education and nurturing young minds.Beyond my role here, my passion for HR has been a driving force in my career. I am committed to fostering a culture of growth, development, and collaboration, both within our institute and beyond.My journey has also been enriched by my experience of studying in the United States, where I pursued my education at a US university. This invaluable experience broadened my horizons, instilled a global perspective, and equipped me with a diverse skill set that I continue to apply in my work.I also had the privilege of working with the Playwrights Foundation as a management intern during my time in the US, further honing my organizational development and strategic management skills. This experience with a non-profit organization deepened my commitment to making a positive impact on the community and amplifying the voices of emerging artists.Outside of my professional endeavors, I have a profound love for travel, which has allowed me to explore different cultures, meet inspiring individuals, and gain fresh insights that I bring back to my work in education and HR.
