For the past 2 decades, I have been helping my customers succeed in their endeavours. I bring all the different parts and functions of SAP to customers as one logical entity thereby helping them navigate the SAP universe better. I also listen to their feedback and ensure that this feedback is heard and acted upon by the right stakeholder within SAP. Thus helping customers make the most of their investment in SAP and help SAP remain customer centric. I have been working for companies in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, partner recruitment and development. In every role, my central aim has been to keep my customer at the center of my universe and help them achieve their goals in every way that i could. I have crystallised my learning into three books - Your Startup mentor, Thrive and Being Happy!I've had the privilege to work with customers in many countries and learn from them about cultural preferences, that i am now able to leverage in my current work. I am passionate about learning and staying current on the technology curve. I like to talk to people and learn from them. I also love to write and present my ideas and thoughts in the form of blogs, videos and podcasts. I love everything that is art or can be considered as art. Love reading.
