Lead teams of professionals through performance improvement initiatives for key values streams and service lines across the Health System. Works collaboratively as a continuous improvement leader and change agent in the definition, implementation, and adherence of Lean performance improvement structure. Facilitates and supports projects from beginning to end. Analyzes and understands complex processes that are then effectively communicated with team members from a wide variety of functional areas.

My responsibilities include process optimization, capacity analysis, and cost reduction through Continuous improvement. I successfully coach Industrial Engineers in process optimization, cost reduction, and work method and standards management. I am responsible for a significant portion of the one year and five year business plans for the facility, including efficiency, production, and productivity targets.
