After graduation from high school I went off to Edinboro University of PA where I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Applied Media Arts with concentrations in Graphic Design and Computer Animation in 2006.From Dec. 1999 to Sept. 2007 I was the lead singer/manager of a band known as Crimson Dawn. I designed all our CDs, merch, & promotional material. In the summer of 2004 I co-organized the Yeagerfest benefit concert in the memory of my cousin, Antonio. The proceeds of the all day event went to his family & the American Cancer Society. I designed a 15in. x 11in. two color Poster & twelve 3ft. x 3ft. one color Sponsor Banners for the event. During the summer of 2006 I did some freelance work for Hardcore Marketing, a small band management company out of Cleveland, OH, designing band and concert promotional material.After graduation from Edinboro everywhere I applied said the same thing, "must have at least two years experience & some web skills." In Oct. 2006 I was hired as a graphic designer at Eaglesoft Tees. After a year I decided to go back to school that’s when I applied to a year program at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh to get my certification in Web Design. When I got accepted to the Art Institute I commuted the hour & fifteen minute drive to save on room & board. To help with the gas money I applied to jobs closer to Pittsburgh, & was hired at Best Buy as a full time Home Theater Specialist. So I left Eaglesoft Tees for the time being. After six months had passed Eaglesoft contacted me, & asked if I would come back full time if he paid me more. After some consideration I agreed to come back. After graduating from the Art Institute I landed a job at Impact Innovative where I worked until March when I was hired by PPG Architectural Coatings as a Web Designer. In May of 2011 I left PPG to work for CombineNet as a Web Development & Graphic Design Specialist. In April 2013 I left there to work for Quaker Steak & Lube as a Sr. Manager of Digital Media.Specialties: As a designer I am creative, a highly motivated individual, who is very goal oriented, strong at multitasking, and very good at brainstorming. I am able to communicate well, and have fine writing skills. I have proficient knowledge of both Windows and Mac platforms, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and Newtek Lightwave 3D. I have a strong working knowledge of web languages HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL.
