This experience led to roles in field sales management, during which I developed and worked with some exceptional people and teams while equipping surgeons with cutting-edge procedures and tools and strengthening hospital systems. For the past 15 years, my career elevated into executive commercial leadership.Success came consistently. Developing people, shaping corporate strategy and executing has come naturally. But impacting patient care positively has become increasingly challenging. The development and evolution of hospital and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) systems has evolved into a maze that frequently impedes innovative companies from introducing technologies that could greatly benefit patients.
