Kidamento was started as a side hobby and swiftly evolved into my career journey. It has emerged as one of the fastest-growing brands in the kids tech niche.

I launched two strategic programs covering customer relations, quotation, product/process development, prototype building, sub-tier supplier development, and tooling management.

Throughout this period, I took ownership of six high-volume machining and assembly projects, assuming responsibility for nearly all project-related activities. This included managing customer communication, overseeing supplier relationships, leading cross-functional teams, implementing product design changes, driving continuous improvement in processes.

I spearheaded a high-volume gear machining project, effectively resolving numerous long-standing manufacturing process issues persisting for approximately eight years. This endeavor resulted in an impressive 80% reduction in COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Concurrently, I provided support to four projects led by various program managers, taking charge of.

My GM emphasized the importance of starting from the bottom and learning and growing, just as he did. I'm grateful for the opportunity; it has truly been a valuable learning experience. I now grasp concepts I wouldn't have considered otherwise.
