Managing cross functional and multi-geographical roles has been my passion all along my professional career spanning 20+ years in ICT industry. I focussed my deliverables and learning in areas starting career from fibre projects and finally shaping towards digital transformation. During this period, I endeavoured to practice basic fundamental anchored around “Upskilling” and “Reskilling”. My evolution journey on functional roles traversed across Network Operations, Network Engineering, Submarine Cable, Access Strategy and Design, B2B Partnerships and Product Development. In my last role with Tata Communication as “Head of Global Network Expansion Partnership”, I was responsible for orchestrating and managing partnership engagement covering contractual, commercial, technical and operational aspects with 100+ telecom partners globally for Managed Services (MPLS + Ethernet), International Private Line, IP Transit and IZO services. An aspirational career transformational journey has now begun as I take over the responsibility as Chief Strategy Officer for Telasar Solutions Pvt Ltd. The aim is to work closely with key accounts in ICT domain to engineer customized solution and support them in their network expansion, digital transformation and cloud adoption journey.
