These applications help actuaries analyze the data and propose insurance rates in over thirty US states and achieve loss cost adequacy which is NCCI’s top core objective.And let’s face it. Even well-built software can occasionally fail. Such failures can be disruptive to business operations and chaotic to manage. I resolve such situations with the right temperament, with effective communication, and by bringing cross-functional teams together.I invest my time to learn more about leadership and technologies through various platforms which help me stay relevant, engaged, and informed. To be effective in my current role, I recently achieved the Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation from The Institutes. It gave me an excellent foundation on insurance, ratemaking, and other business units that support it.Previously, I earned Bachelor’s in Technology (BTech) degree from a top-ranked engineering college in India, earned Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida, and achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from Project Management Institute. Outside of work, I enjoy working out at the gym, biking, and rollerblading. I use that time to also listen to audiobooks, and together, it helps me to both reflect and stay energized.I look for ways to give back to society through various initiatives. I have either mentored, coached, taught, or judged kids at various youth-based programs (robotics, chess, debate, sports, and spiritual teachings).My areas of interest include:software development, customer engagement, agile methodologies, leadership, property and casualty insurance, ratemaking, insuretech, and team building.
