Clinc is a software startup company that builds Conversational AI experience for enterprises across all industries.• Within 12 months with Clinc, served as the driver of nearly 80 full-time employee hires and consultants, as well as over a dozen interns, approximately doubling our headcount.• Served as Clinc’s only recruiting resource and de facto head of the recruiting effort, reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations. Created, owned, managed, and executed the company’s internal recruiting vision and process.• Engaged in full-cycle recruiting for multiple departments companywide, including Software Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Training, and Operations. • Utilized direct sourcing, online postings, academic conferences, university student recruitment events, and IT networking events to source candidates.• Provided expertise and input toward employer branding.• Worked directly with hiring managers, department heads, and company founders/executives to drive timely feedback and hiring decisions.• Facilitated hiring and on-boarding of student interns and regular full-time employees.• Reviewed and negotiated service contracts with outside search firms and subcontractors.• Coordinated and served as point-of-contact for foreign work visa petitions and renewals.• Authored and implemented new interviewing and hiring processes companywide.
